The Mission of Well Kids is...

• To provide a safe, secure, and loving environment for the children so the parents are comfortable leaving them in our care.
• To impact each child’s life with Christ’s love.
• To ensure that each child leaves Well Kids having learned the main point for the week.
• To ensure that each child has fun at church and is eager to return the following week.
• To communicate the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the most creative, energetic, and effective way possible.
• To encourage and lead children to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior.
• To encourage and lead children to obey Jesus’ command to be baptized.
• To help children develop their personal relationship with Jesus.
• To help children grow in their knowledge of the Bible.
• To help children discover their uniqueness and God’s plan for their lives.

At Well Kids, we believe...

• Children are a gift from God and should be handled with love.
• Children are important to God and Christ died to forgive them for their sin.
• Christ has called children to follow Him and they can be equipped to serve Him and others.
• Children deserve a safe, positive, fun, and nurturing learning environment that is free of fear and pressure to grow up.
• God appointed parents as the primary Christian instructors for their children. The church’s role is to help train and assist them in this task.
• Effective volunteers are the most important element of our ministry.
• Children look to their adult leaders as role models.
• A successful Children’s Ministry is the shared responsibility of parents, ministry staff, volunteers, and the church body.
• Well Kids must be creative, innovative, and relevant to the children and families of our community.
